Is there a security deposit required when booking?
Yes, all packages require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
When is payment due?
We require that your balance be paid in full within seven days of your event.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we charge $50 for delivery for all local events.
What about damages?
We require a $100 refundable deposit for damages to protect our equipment. You will receive your deposit back within 5-7 business days following the event if there are no damages.
How do you handle rescheduling?
Customers can reschedule due to personal conflicts one time within thirty days of the event date. However, If rescheduling is due to a weather conflict, there must be written notice to cancel the event within forty-eight hours of the event date. There must be at least a 30% chance of rain to cancel due to weather conflicts.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, all our equipment is designed for children five years old and younger. We do not allow children over five on any of our equipment.
Are shoes allowed on the equipment?
Children must take their shoes off before playing with any of our equipment.
What isn’t allowed near the equipment?
We do not allow sharp objects, paint, silly string, slime, or play dough near our equipment to ensure our equipment stays clean and undamaged.
Do children need to be supervised when playing with the equipment?
Yes, children must always be supervised when playing with any of the Maddie Magoo equipment.
